    Low = Low priority status. We wont rush.

    Medium = Medium priority status. We will cehck is asap.

    High = High priority status. We will wake up and check it.

     

     

    Status Definitions

    Waiting support = We have not yet reviewed the ticket.

    Under review = We are currently reviewing the ticket.

    Awaiting reply = We've answered the ticket and waiting your replay.

    In process = The ticket is in progress. Check the comments section for more information.

    Solved = We have solved the issue
